Hi, there. We're Degollado Mexican

  We came to Hampton Roads in 1999 as a cook in the US Navy. Motivated by an opportunity to work with, and provide for my family,  we opened in September 13th, 2002, and ever since that beautiful autumn day, have been working hard to offer you fresh, flavorful, trendy menu items that are designed to make you happy and satisfied and coming back for more. We are a "Mom & Pop" restaurant that specializes in authentic Mexican food drawn from our roots in Mexico. We have large family of loyal customers, some in the Navy, we love to welcome them, hear of their travels and serve them a great meal. We also, want you to feel great, day and night, whatever the occasion. We offer Full Bar to accompany your food with variety of great options from draft domestic and imported beers to mixed drinks and kick-ass Margaritas. We want every visit to be a delightful experience to your senses.

Degollado's Motto

I’m inspired by the customer taste and likes, and after spending a few years soaking up the city’s vibes and notes, I knew I was ready to design my own flavors. At Degollado's, every dish is a design, similar but unique, since is based on years of observation, impressions and also what I feel. Food is Art and our is off course a Mexican Artistic Impression.  When you leave your opinion, I'll be listening!  It’s a combination that keeps things lively.

We love teamwork. I also love menu items that live longer than a single season, that stay with the customer as they come back craving for more.  After all, if you’ve found an item that you really love, don’t you want to experience it longer than a single occasion? We wanted to build a brand that sells food that are more than just trendy. We want you to know that whatever you eat and like here, you’ll be able to enjoy for years to come!
